A Six-Week Course in Light Body Activation & Embodiment

Every contemplative tradition has a name for it. The Merkaba. The rainbow body. The Ka and the Sahu. The luminous body of the mystics and saints.

This course is a six-week exploration of the mystical, alchemical and very real path of transformation walked by Yeshua and Mary Magdalene – the transformation of the physical back into the light and the integration of the two into the one.
Each week pairs teaching – drawn from lineage traditions and the emerging science of biophotons, the nervous system, and epigenetics – with real, in-body practice: geometry, prayer, movement, practice.

You’ll move through four phases – foundational gnosis, purpose and importance of this phenomenon in our day and age, biology and physical implications of the process, and sustained practice. When we close with our closing ceremony, you’ll have a working toolkit and practice plan.

An Overview of your Journey

Week 1: Light Body – Historical Foundations

We lay the map of the historical and mythological roots of light body activations, we start from within the Christ/Magdalene tradition and their understanding of the luminous body, but we go beyond and look at some of the main contemplative and spiritual traditions that taught light body activation and the nuances between the different ways of understanding and approaching light body activation.

Week 2: Planetary light body awakening, homo luminous and the New Earth

We go into the relationship between the age of aquarius, the global AI-tech-agenda and the activation of the light body in our day and age. We look into planetary light body activation and the relationship between the shifting global reality and individual light body awakening. We go into the why – why is this happening now and why is it important?

Week 3: The Biology of Light – Physical aspects of light body awakening

We look at the touchpoints between the contemplative and spiritual lore and practices around light body awakening and the science. Where is this gnosis anchoured in the body – how to allow the psyche and the spirit evolve WITH the body and anchor this process in a gradual and healthy way?

Week 4: Activation Technologies – Activation practices

The practices, the geometry, the circumstances and lifestyle that activate the light body and help anchour the light of the being in the physical self. Self-care and integration of higher dimensional frequencies in the 3D reality.

Week 5: Stabilising the Light body & Light Conception

This week addresses nervous system bandwidth, inner integrity, supportive practices, mindset, physical and contemplative practices and we go into light conception – the process of light-conceiving a divine child or a sacred creation.

Week 6: Embodiment & The field of Light

Deeper dive into the practices and what needs to be organised to continue to develop this work in a sustainable way. How to start working with the field as a reality.

This six-Week Course in Light Body Activation & Embodiment is for you if

  • Light body awakening has come into your field of awareness, and you want to know more about it and understand the process and the purpose of it.
  • You’re a graduate of the Magdalene Priest.ess Path or another contemplative spiritual path looking for the next layer of practice.
  • If you’re new to this work, taking the “Path of the Magdalene”-course is recommended.
  • You want the lineage teaching and  understand the biology – where does this practice and tradition come from and how does it sit within the body.
  • You have been experiencing light body activation and want to know how to stabilise the process or hold it better, or you’ve want to know how to develop it further
  • You’re willing to put in the work to anchor this technology of light within yourself and become and anchour and pillar for planetary light grid awakening
  • You want a toolkit that will help you move through the next couple of years
  • You can commit to six weeks of live sessions, practice between them, and a closing ceremony – showing up consistently is part of what makes the embodiment real.

This Course

Is a combination of a comprehensive overview on the historical and mythological sources on light body awakening, the understanding on why this is relevant today and how it relates to planetary awakening, combined with practices to facilitate and stabilise light body awakening.

Throughout the weeks we journey from the theory to the practice, from the historical to contemporary practice and importance.
